What we collect

• Account: email address (required for sign-in).
• Business details: business name, ABN, trade, number of workers, licences.
• Work scope: activities, SWMS topics, site risks, plant/equipment, PPE, chemicals.
• Site context: site address, principal contractor, expected start date.
• Order data: package selected, order status, and payment record. We do not capture card details on this site — payment is currently arranged via EFT, invoice, or a secure third-party payment link.

How we use it

Solely to build, deliver, and support the documents you ordered. We don't use it for marketing to third parties, and we don't sell it.

We may aggregate non-identifying patterns (e.g. "most common SWMS topics for electricians") to improve the service. Aggregates never include identifiable customer or site information.

Where it lives

Account, order, and job-details data are stored in our Supabase Postgres database. Completed documents are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket and only accessible via short-lived (5-minute) signed URLs after we verify ownership.

We host in the closest available region to Brisbane (Sydney / ap-southeast-2). Data may transit to processors elsewhere briefly during email delivery, payment processing, or document generation.

Who can access it

• You: your own account, orders, job-details answers, and downloads via your portal.
• Us: the small team operating the service for order delivery and support purposes.
• Service providers: Supabase (database and document storage) and our web host. If you choose to pay via a third-party payment link, that processor handles the card data under its own privacy and security obligations — no card data touches GetSorted WHS.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and the data associated with it. Request via contact us.

We retain order records (including job-details answers) for as long as needed to support delivered documents and to meet tax / compliance obligations.
