What we sell

We sell fixed-price packs of work-health-and-safety documents (SWMS, WHS Policy, Risk Register, SOPs, etc.) tailored to the job details you provide after payment. Packs are delivered as editable Word/Excel files plus signed PDFs.

We are not a law firm and the documents are not legal advice. We build them against the Model WHS Regulations and current Australian standards but you remain responsible for the accuracy, fitness, and on-site application of every document.

Delivery & revisions

Standard turnaround is documented on each pack's checkout page: Starter within 48 hours and Full Pack within 72 hours of your job details being submitted. Custom packs have no fixed turnaround — the timeline is agreed on a discovery call. Each pack includes a defined number of revision rounds; additional revisions may be quoted separately.

If your principal contractor rejects the pack within scope, we rewrite it free until accepted (the "Rejected-by-PC guarantee").

Payment

Prices on this site are AUD inc. GST and one-off unless otherwise stated. Custom packs are quoted before payment. We do not run subscriptions.

We collect only what we need to build your documents — see our Privacy Policy for detail.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the site after we update them counts as acceptance. We'll note material changes on this page.
